Engineering and operating tests

Are you planning a new facility? Your process requirements have changed? Then you are right with us. The waterprocesstec is already involved in the first planning phase. You have the possibility to get in touch with the engineering/ sales in advance to be informed about options and solutions. Waterprocesstec supports you with know-how and experience in:

• application of WHG approvals of tank depots or of systems
• special requirements such as tanks with approvals of earthquake protection

For the test of new additives and auxiliaries or new production processes, the company provides extensive loan facilities.

We have rental equipment with containers up to 5 cubic meters at one´s disposal, above liquid polymer approach systems up to the complete powder-polymer approach systems.

Mechanics

With our mechanics/ metal construction department, we are able to design and manufacture a plant according to your needs.

• CAD workplace design 3D
• stainless steel cutting
• WIG and MAG process for welding
• welding of base frames and pipelines
• grouting of pipelines
• certification of welds by internationally recognized partners from our network depending on requirements

Electrical engineering

In the electrical engineering department, the controls and control cabinets are planned, completely built and wired with the system. In our test field with the pump test bench we can also drive your plant under load.

• final test and protocol of the system at the pump test stand

Software development

Waterprocestec undertake the task of creating the complete software. Starting with engineering and creating the PLC/SPS software until the visualization in WIN-CC or on a touchpanel. Process connections with various bus systems, connections to your process control system or a comprehensive alarm management are part of our standards.

Assembly, commissioning, service

Even after acceptance and creation of the system in our house, we will not "forsake you". Upon request, you can get the "complete package" from us.

• commissioning incl. acceptance at your company (WHG §19, TÜV accompaniment etc.)
• comprehensive training program for your employees
• support of the first operational tests with the new system
• support through modern communication as remote maintenance modem or similar
